Bespoke: custom made for someone.
This roast started as a request to create a roast similar to a Kona blend. Not wanting to offer such an expensive bean I searched for a different bean with a similar note profile. Being a small roaster allows me to provide custom roast requests. This might not quite be a Kona however it’s still a great roast!
Notes of cherry, brown sugar, and plum. Perfect hot or as a cold brew.
